NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Western Suburbs District Rugby League Football Club Limited ABN 86 737 410 058 will be held in the Wests Ashfield Leagues Club premises, 115 Liverpool Road, Ashfield NSW 2131 at 10:00am on Sunday 22nd March 2026.
BUSINESS
A. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for 2025.
B. To receive the financial report, Chairman’s report, General Managers report and auditors’ report for the financial year ending 31 October 2025. *
C. Any other general business which may be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting.
*NOTE: Members who wish to raise any queries or seek information at the meeting about the financial report, chairman’s report and auditors’ report, are asked to submit queries or requests in writing, to Wests Magpies, PO Box 47, Ramsgate NSW 2217 by the close of business on 14th March 2026. This will enable us to provide an informed response to those questions. The annual report mentioned in business item A above will be made available once finalised and can be located on the Club’s website at www.westsmagpies.com.au.
Hard copies of the 2025 Annual Report and the minutes of 2025 AGM will be available prior to the commencement of the 2026 AGM.
