Venue: Go Media Stadium (Mt Smart Stadium), Auckland, NZ – the Warriors’ home turf across the Tasman.
Transport: For those Magpie fans in New Zealand (or anyone keen on a Trans-Tasman trip!), Mt Smart Stadium is in South Auckland (Penrose). Train: Take the Auckland rail line to Penrose Station, then it’s an easy 5–10 minute walk to Gate B of the stadium. Bus: Several Auckland Transport bus routes stop nearby on Church Street or O’Rorke Road. If you’re driving in Auckland, parking around the stadium is limited on event days, so public transport or rideshare is advisable. (For fans flying over, the stadium is about 20 minutes’ drive from Auckland Airport – plan accordingly and maybe make a long weekend out of it!)
Magpies Support: This is an international away game – a rare challenge and an exciting one. The Warriors will have the home crowd advantage, but any Magpies supporters in the stands will surely be heard. If you’re a Kiwi-based Magpie, this is your chance to see the team live! Let’s show that the Magpie spirit knows no borders. Get behind the boys from afar and send your energy across the ditch – the team will be giving it their all on New Zealand soil. Go Magpies!
